Treatment: When replacing the brake pad, you must first check the brake disc for scratches. If there are scratches, it is recommended to smooth the scratches or replace the new disc. If the driver does not agree, it should be indicated on the maintenance order and signed by the driver, which will avoid later ringing or injury and lead to claims by the driver.

2. The surface of the brake disc is flat but the new film is ringing.

Product factor: The sound mentioned here refers to the sound when the brake disc surface is completely smooth and flat. The reason is that the current national regulations prohibit the use of asbestos-containing brake pads, but large domestic manufacturers generally do, and some small manufacturers are still producing and selling asbestos-containing brake pads. Semi-metal asbestos-free brake pads although the mileage is long, conducive to environmental protection and human health, but the material is hard and asbestos brake pads due to soft material, often even if there are scratches on the brake disc will not ring, and the brake feeling is soft, in this case, the sound can only be replaced by the new film.

Experienced drivers use braking downhill, but novices often brake continuously for a long time, which is easy to cause the chip to ablate slag and block, the color of the slag and block will also become red or yellow, and then the highway driving, because the road is good, the driver often drives faster than the safety speed of 110 km/h, sometimes even more than 200 km. (2) The brake fails after driving for a period of time. Most of this happens when the road water, just in the puddle when the brake, high temperature film and disk will be quenched in cold water, the disk surface of the film to form a hard oxide layer, the surface is hard and the material from the normal white to blue or blue and red color. In this case, the brake pads and brake discs must also be replaced. But does not belong to the product quality responsibility.
